Thank you so much for all the well wishes, prayers, notes, and gifts. I have a powerful support system behind me and I can feel the energy. I may not respond to you right away, but please know I am ever so humbled by your love. My surgery has not been rescheduled yet. Since I have a pet scan this week, I think the drs are waiting for the results before scheduling next step. I have purchased a couple of stylish hats as I don't want people to have to stare at my head. Right now I have a scab/bump from the biopsy (to me it feels huge) and although I can't see it, I know it can be seen. Because of the location it has made it uneasy to sleep on one side versus the other.
I was very bored this past week as I self-isolated with damn Covid. Did not have any symptons, but stayed away from people. I bumped up my vitamin C intake to keep my immune system boosted. It's a good thing I don't mind staying home. My sleep patterns are a little off and I've watched a couple of movies at 4 am a few days. A little nap in the afternoon helps. I even put together a meal or two this past week. I finally ventured out yesterday to the chiropractor. I have not seen her since before my trip and my spinal system so appreciates her.
I need a haircut, but not sure what I'll do yet. As many of you know several years ago I had my head shaved by accident so I know what I'll look like if I do it again (a q-tip). I don't want to scare the hairdresser when they look at my head. I'll be wearing in public so it truly does not matter one way or the other.
This past week I finished reading: "IN THE CLEARING" and "THE TRAPPED GIRL" by Robert Dugoni - part of the Tracy Crosswhite series. Watched a few Hallmark holiday movies and caught up on some shows that we recorded while away.

Happiest of birthday to my sister Marion this Tuesday as she celebrates another trip around the sun.
I'm leaving it here for today. Think I'll head back to bed (it's only 4:15) and either sleep or read. I hope you have a good week. Take care. Chat soon. Marie
