Fall arrived and the weather here was absolutely gorgeous for a a few days. I drove back and forth to work with the windows open and the music turned up. I even opened the windows in the house for a little bit. I just may open them again today. The change in weather made my sinuses act up. Thank you Virginia as the acupuncture yesterday really helped so much.
Work kept me busy as both clients kept me on my toes. One always tries to do too much, even the cardio therapist tells her to slow it down. My other client I took to Walmart to receive her 2nd shingle shot and flu shot. She wanted the covid booster, but Moderna has not been approved yet. At least I know she's tracking it. She had me clean/organize a few drawers in her bedroom and we laughed the whole time. She can be sassy as her doctors office called with an early morning appointment for a checkup and she said NO, I am not a morning person, call me when you have an afternoon appointment. I almost laughed out loud. She did take a tumble Thursday night into Friday (my day off) and her family let me know. She's on the mend and no damage (thank goodness for plush carpet). She just won't use her canes. I am afraid this may be a turning point for her in her journey.
This past week I finished reading: "THE ROSE CODE" by Kate Quinn and "THE WINDSOR KNOT" by SJ Bennett - I guess I was in a British mood. Both very good. I also watched "THE LAST WORD (2017) interesting; and of course, some of the new season of shows. Of course, I watch the Fox NFL pre-game show.
