My week went well - nothing too exciting. Work kept me busy. My client is still living temporarily with a neighbor, but things are starting to move forward as all machines are gone from upstairs and her place and repair people came and wrote up repair reports for insurance. They still recommend no occupation as there is still dust and particles everywhere. For me the highlight of my day is the welcoming committee when I walk in as one dog runs down the hall to meet me at the door for scratches. One dog stands at the end of the hall wiggling until I get to her and provide scratches. Now the cat also either comes to the hall for a scratch or waits until I sit in a chair and comes over.
This past week I finished reading: "OPEN AND SHUT" by David Rosenfelt - a defense attorney with sarcasm. A good/quick read. "RUN ROSE RUN" by Dolly Patterson and James Patterson - a country singer with a mysterious past on the run. Comes with lyrics to twelve new songs and will be turned into a movie. Good book.
